From purchase to delivery was approximately 5 hours, set up of the IPTV service was a breeze, the seller uses the same service as other sellers on shoppy but it's slightly cheaper. So far, all the channels (UK, Ireland, Canada and a few other English speaking stations) I've tried have worked really well with no lag, I have 500mb fftp connection. Well worth buying a month just to try. I haven't needed any help from customer service so I can't comment on that aspect of the service.
